The thermal stability of the machining centers plays a major role in ensuring production repeatability. All machine tools producers take various steps to ensure it. One ways permanently maintain and stabilize behavior tool is use active cooling choice appropriate material which individual parts supporting system are made. In most cases, manufacturers traditional metallic materials (steel, cast iron) for construction system. However, these have some physical limitations. These can be replaced by or combined with unconventional improve machine. hybrid composite structures formed this way. authors article examine impact steel-concrete on thermal-deformation bed vertical turning center medium-heavy workpieces. consists steel weld, filled high-strength concrete.
